Twitter has announced on Monday that co-founder, Jack Dorsey, will step down as CEO of the company.

Replacing Jack Dorsey is Parag Agrawal, former Chief Technology Officer at Twitter. He was appointed as the new CEO effective immediately upon Jack's resignation.
Jack will remain the CEO of his digital payments company: Square Inc.
